1. Enrollment and Admission
1.1 The College agrees to admit the student into the [Diploma Program Name]……………………………………………………………………………. program, subject to the student meeting all admission requirements.
1.2 The Parent/Guardian agrees to provide all necessary documents for enrollment, including academic records, identification, and medical forms.

2. Fees and Levy Policy
The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay all tuition fees and other charges as outlined in the fee structure provided by the College.Payment deadlines must be strictly adhered to. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of the student’s enrollment.
2.1 All tuition fees, levies, and related payments must be paid on time.
Failure to make payments by the required dates may result in penalties, suspension from classes, or withholding of results.
2.2 Short Courses (One-Month Programs):
For any course with a duration of one month, the fees paid are valid only until the exact date of payment in the following month.
• Example: If payment is made on the 10th, the next payment is due on the 10th of the next month.
2.3 Diploma Programs or Short Course Longer Than One Month
For programs extending beyond one month, all monthly fees must be paid at the end of each month, and the final due date is the 5th day of the following month.
2.4 Mid-Month Starters:
If a student begins their studies on or after the 15th of any month, the following month’s fees must still be paid in full on or before the 5th of that month, regardless of the date they started.
2.5 Final Month of Exams:
All students are required to pay full fees for the last month of examinations, without exemption, even if the examination period is shorter than a full month.
2.6 Non-Payment:
The College reserves the right to:
• Withhold attendance, results, and examination entries
• Suspend or terminate enrollment
• Withhold certificates or diplomas
until all outstanding fees and levies are fully paid.

3. Refund Policy
3.1 If the student withdraws from the program, the College will refund fees according to the following schedule:
• 100% refund if withdrawal occurs within 48 hours of enrollment, This only apply to the first month after student enrollment.
• No refund will be provided afterwards.
3.2 The College will not refund fees if the student is dismissed due to misconduct or violation of College policies.

4. Examination Board Selection
4.1 The College offers students the option to choose from the following International Examination and local boards:
• ABMA (Association of Business Managers and Administrators)
• NCC (National Computing Centre)
• CISCO
• Zimbabwe Local Boards ( HEXCO)
4.2 The Parent/Guardian and student must select an examination board at the time of enrollment before the student is enrolled.
4.3 Once the examination board is selected, changes will not be permitted unless under exceptional circumstances and with the College’s approval.
4.4 The College will provide guidance on the differences between the examination boards, including syllabus, assessment methods, and certification recognition.
4.5 The Parent/Guardian and student are responsible for ensuring that the chosen examination board meets their academic and career goals.
4.6 The College is not liable for any issues arising from the student’s choice of examination board, including but not limited to:
• Recognition of the certification by employers or other institutions.
• Difficulty level of the examinations.
• Availability of examination centers or resources.
In short, the student and parent/guardian are responsible for making sure the chosen examination board is the right fit for their needs.

5. Student Conduct and Discipline
5.1 The student is expected to adhere to the College’s code of conduct, which includes respect for staff, peers, and College property.
5.2 The College reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, for serious misconduct.
5.3 The Parent/Guardian will be notified of any disciplinary issues involving the student.

6. Academic Performancev
6.1 The College will provide regular updates on the student’s academic progress, including report cards and parent-teacher meetings.
6.2 The Parent/Guardian agrees to support the student’s academic efforts and ensure regular attendance.
6.3 The College reserves the right to withhold diplomas or certificates if the student fails to meet academic requirements.

7. Health and Safety
7.1 The Parent/Guardian must inform the College of any medical conditions or allergies the student has.
7.2 In case of a medical emergency, the College will make every effort to contact the Parent/Guardian and seek immediate medical attention for the student.
7.3 The College is not liable for any injuries or illnesses that occur outside of College premises or activities.

8. Attendance and Punctuality
8.1 The student is required to attend all classes and College activities unless excused for valid reasons.
8.2 The Parent/Guardian must inform the College in advance if the student will be absent.
8.3 Excessive absenteeism may result in disciplinary action or removal from the program.

9. Termination of Enrollment
9.1 The College may terminate the student’s enrollment for reasons including but not limited to:
• Non-payment of fees.
• Repeated misconduct or violation of College policies.
• Failure to meet academic standards.

10. Liability
10.1 The College is not liable for any loss or damage to the student’s personal belongings.
10.2 The Parent/Guardian agrees to indemnify the College against any claims arising from the student’s actions.

11. Amendments
11.1 The College reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice to the Parent/Guardian.
11.2 Continued enrollment after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.
